We booked very last minute and without much research due to an issue with another accommodation. What a pleasant surprise!!!! The staff called me few minutes after booking to ensure we had the right room. Turned out that we didn't as I booked midst crisis when I learned we had no hotel booked for that night!!!, so they helped me fixing... The room had good space, clean, comfortable beds and great location with many food options nearby.

We had a beautiful welcome by the lady at the reception. The rooms, view and all the amenities were perfect. We arrived on the Christmas day so most of the town & the hotel restaurant was closed and we were well informed of this by the property. The property is walking distance from the Town centre. It also overlooks a vineyard. There are good walking & bicycle trails around the property plus few fruit orchards along with vineyards. The lady at the reception is very helpful and had all the information regarding the cafes that would be open for breakfast given it was a boxing day holiday.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were lovely and great value with plenty of parking and a great view from our second floor balcony. We had a visiting kitty who popped up for a pat and to give us some company on our second night so as cat folk, she obviously found her peeps! 🤣 I would certainly recommend Cromwell as a place to stay with the wineries close by and the heritage precinct as a highlight. This motel is central to them all with a bar and restaurant and exceptional hospitality from all the staff

The receptionist, a blonde female I didn't get to see her name badge but it appeared to begin with C, showed a really friendly manner, building up a rapport. She used my first name several times in conversation as I checked in, and as I handed her the room key on checking out, we entered into conversation about my trip along the Clutha Cycle Trail during my stay.

I had such a nice big room, with huge bathroom and comfy bed. Also the cafe there was great, loved my morning coffee each day. The view towards the mountains covered in snow was just divine to look at.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants or just dine at the restaurant attached , easy ! Rooms were spotless, comfortable and we totally enjoyed our stay here . Parking was right outside your room and being on the ground floor you had a little patio outside which was a nice touch .

Great location, lovely view of the snowy mountains - handy to what we needed to do in Cromwell. Room was huge.

Beautiful location with a great view of the mountains. Very spacious room with a large bathroom. Comfortable bed and nice sitting area. Baloney view of mountains. Nice restaurant at hotel

Our breakfast was very very slow coming. Just 35 minutes for toast and a drink.
